OrthoAtlanta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance our brand, drive patient engagement, and support business growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for all marketing initiatives, from content creation to social media management and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Content Creation & Management: Lead the production of high-quality, patient-centric content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. This includes creating compelling patient success stories, videos, blogs, and infographics. You will also organize and promote community events and educational seminars.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the strategic management of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to highlight patient successes, provider expertise, and community involvement. You will engage with our online community to build a loyal following.
  • Internal and External Communications: Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans. This includes creating content to inform employees, advising leadership on key issues, and assisting with company events. You'll also manage public relations by building relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community leaders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with leadership to set and track marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs. You will analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives and report on results.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or communications, with a strong preference for candidates from the healthcare or multi-location organization sectors.
  • Skills:

    • Expertise in content marketing, PPC advertising, and social media platforms.
