Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

UnionMain Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support the Sales & Marketing team across our Dallas–Fort Worth and Atlanta communities. This role owns the day-to-day tactical work that keeps our marketing and sales collateral accurate, current, and on-brand — freeing up senior team members to focus on strategy, campaigns, and higher-level initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling a variety of small but important tasks, from ordering print materials to auditing web content and visiting sales centers in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order and manage business cards, name tags, and other printed materials for sales counselors and team members across both markets.

  • Coordinate print production and vendor orders for signage, brochures, flyers, and other collateral.

  • Conduct regular audits and spot checks of community site plans, floor plan brochures, and printed materials to confirm accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Perform bulk updates across marketing materials and systems (pricing, availability, community details, contact information).

  • Make small, routine updates to the website (copy edits, image swaps, price/availability changes, broken link fixes).

  • Visit sales centers and model homes across DFW and Atlanta as needed to verify collateral, signage, and displays are current and properly stocked.

  • Support the marketing team with organization and upkeep of digital asset files, templates, and shared drives.

  • Assist with proofreading and quality-checking marketing content before distribution or publication.

  • Help maintain consistency of the UnionMain Homes brand (colors, fonts, logo usage, messaging) across all materials.

  • Provide general administrative and production support to the Marketing Manager and broader sales/marketing team.

  • Assist with social media content scheduling, posting, and light community engagement, as needed (a plus, not required).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related coordination role; homebuilding or real estate experience is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy audit and quality-control work.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Basic proficiency with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar) or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between sales centers and communities as needed.

  • Clear written communication skills for proofreading and light content editing.

  • Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook) is a plus, but not required.

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a strong plus.

  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of every task while prioritizing team success.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This role requires regular local travel between sales centers and model homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth with occasional travel to our Atlanta office. Some walking of community sites and model homes is required. Reliable transportation is necessary.
