Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Web Content Management Developer to manage and maintain content on intranet sites. The role involves synthesizing stakeholder information into polished deliverables and building a multimedia knowledge base for an engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to effectively synthesize stakeholder information into clean, well designed, and polished deliverables following standard US English vernacular.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining content on Confluence intranet sites or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building out multi-media knowledge base in an engineering organization (internal tools training, process and policy, new hire onboarding and orientation, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with technical terminology and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Ability to iterate quickly upon receiving stakeholder feedback.
• Project management
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
