Web Administrator Job Summary

The Marketing and Communications team at Huntsman Mental HealthInstitute is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Web Administratorto help support and enhance our digital presence. In this role,you'll support the design, development, optimization, and ongoingmanagement of the institute's websites and digital platforms,ensuring they reflect our brand while advancing our organizationalgoals.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translatebusiness and content needs into engaging, user-friendly webexperiences that meet accessibility, compliance, and performancestandards. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in webdevelopment, user experience (UX/UI), and data analytics, alongwith a passion for creating intuitive, high-performing digitalexperiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with website maintenance, accessibility improvements,troubleshooting, updates, and ongoingsupport tasks as needed
  • Design, build, and maintain webpages and site components within a CMS environment (Drupal or similar)
  • Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptto support responsive, accessible web experiences
  • Develop and optimize site architecture, navigation, and userexperience across digital properties
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) andsupport remediation of web and document content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content and businessrequirements into technical web solutions
  • Analyze website performance and user engagement data to informcontinuous improvements
  • Support integration of web platforms with analytics tools, forms,and third-party systems such as Campaign Studio and My Emma,supporting automated workflows, data accuracy, and systemcompatibility.
  • Maintain consistency with brand, UX, and digital governancestandards
  • Apply UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards to enhance usability and optimize digital experiences across webplatforms.
Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher educationcan be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience(Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related workexperience

Web Administrator, II: Requires a bachelor's (orequivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years ofdirectly related work experience.

Preferences
  • Due to the technical nature of this position it is required thata successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree in ComputerInformation Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, WebDevelopment, Digital Media Technology, or a closely relatedtechnical field or foreign equivalent.
  • Experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred) andweb publishing workflows
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end web developmentprinciples, including working knowledge of JavaScript Adobe
  • Creative Cloud and/or other web and graphic design software
  • Experience with web analytics tools, reporting, and datainterpretation
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive designprinciples
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, informationarchitecture, and responsive web design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborateeffectively across technical, marketing, and operationalteams
