The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides operations support services and business solutions to the community of 10,000 House Members, Officers and staff.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline and 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of specific experience with:
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Skill in providing high-level customer service and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues and the general public.
    • Digital Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of automated office systems and e-commerce platforms.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency with automated office systems, ecommerce platforms, and core digital tools.
  • Preferred experience with web technologies and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of modern communication and marketing strategies, particularly related to digital and social media engagement.
