Own the team's space planning efforts in partnership with business stakeholders; manage seat assignments and ensure efficient workspace allocation across teams and locations.
Prepare executive briefing materials, including coordination of reading documents and background information to ensure leadership readiness for all engagements.
Track key deliverables, drive completion, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

Process expense reports, purchase orders, and corporate card reconciliations; contribute to budget planning and financial tracking as required.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and team members across multiple geographic regions, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring all required actions are addressed promptly.

Respond to and escalate security events in a timely and appropriate manner.
Manage core administrative functions including new-hire onboarding, organizational charts, supply procurement, and operational logistics.
Partner with fellow Executive Assistants across AWS Security and the broader Amazon organization to share best practices and provide mutual support.

Foster a positive team culture and contribute to an engaging work environment.
