Job Description:

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting and maintaining Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch environments, ensuring accurate data tracking, high system reliability, and timely resolution of production issues.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve production support tickets related to tagging, data quality, and analytics issues
  • Implement and update Adobe Launch (Tags) configurations (rules, data elements, events)
  • Perform debugging and validation using browser tools and Adobe debugging platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity (eVars, props, events, campaign variables)
  • Support data governance and compliance, including PII handling and consent requirements
  • Collaborate with development, QA, marketing, and agency teams for releases and enhancements
 
Core Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch
  • Strong understanding of dataLayer, event tracking, and web analytics concepts
  • Proficiency in debugging tools (DevTools, Adobe Debugger)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and tagging frameworks
 
Good-to-have Skills
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Web SDK
  • Exposure to Tag management for marketing pixels (Meta, Floodlight, etc.)
