Land.com is seeking an analytically minded, intellectually curious self-starter to elevate our digital marketing performance through data-driven insights and strategic web analytics.
As the Web Analyst within Ad Operations, you'll be the go-to expert for digital data strategy and insights. You will assist in the development, implementation, and management of our web analytics infrastructure, campaign strategies, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking, insightful reporting, and continuous optimization of our digital efforts.
We are seeking a hands-on, collaborative web analytics professional ideally within B2B or SaaS marketing environments. The ideal candidate will be fluent in web analytics tools and methodologies, capable of quickly contributing to our digital marketing efforts while continuing to grow their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business objectives, define KPIs, and develop analytics solutions that support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of campaign automation and QA tools using Python.
  • Manage and optimize tools such as GA4, Google Ad Manager, BigQuery, and LogRocket to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion paths.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and backend tools (e.g., SQL, Python) to answer complex business questions and understand customer journeys.
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and datasets in BigQuery and Databricks for reporting, marketing attribution, and lead scoring.
  • Manage and provision campaigns, orders, line items, and creatives within Google Ad Manager (GAM) Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate ad product changes, optimize user experience, and inform marketing strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and sales team to drive campaign success and improve ROI.
  • Act as the internal champion for a "test and learn" culture within digital marketing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external digital analytics or advertising vendors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • 3+ years of applicable professional experience.
  • 1+ years of hands-on analytics experience required.
  • Experience with cloud computing and automation of mechanistic tasks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Demonstrated success with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and statistical hypothesis testing.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams, proactively aligns analytics efforts with business goals, and translates complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics, with experience managing accounts, properties, and tracking structures is a plus.
  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in web, marketing, data, and design analytics
