  • This position is hybrid ( 3 days onsite per week).
  • The office is located in Newark, Delaware.

Overview

  • OCM Community of Excellence Site Refresh & Redesign
  • The OCM Community of Excellence is seeking a junior contractor to support the refresh and redesign of the Enterprise OCM SharePoint site. This role will help transform approved concepts and content into a modern, engaging, and user-friendly experience that connects employees to OCM tools, resources, learning, community, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update modern SharePoint pages and site content
  • Translate wireframes and mockups into SharePoint page designs
  • Create graphics, banners, icons, infographics, and visual assets
  • Develop and edit short videos, animations, and multimedia content
  • Apply Exelon branding, accessibility, and design standards
  • Improve navigation, usability, and overall user experience
  • Support content organization, page layouts, and visual storytelling
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make design enhancements

Required Skills

  • SharePoint site design and content management
  • Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
  • Video editing, animation, and multimedia production
  • User experience (UX) and information architecture
  • Content creation and digital storytelling
  • Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Forms, Viva Engage)
