Epic Analyst 1
  • Supports basic Epic build, configuration, and maintenance under close supervision.
  • Handles ticket triage, simple troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Participates in structured testing and assists with foundational workflow understanding.
  • Ideal for early-career Epic professionals building core skills.

Epic Analyst 2
  • Independently manages moderate-complexity build, configuration, and system maintenance.
  • Serves as a primary contact for routine to moderately complex issues and enhancements.
  • Collaborates with operational leaders and leads comprehensive testing cycles.
  • Oversees environment operations, Data Courier promotions, and go-live support.

Epic Analyst 3

Experience Requirements
  • Analyst 1: 3+ years in healthcare IT, clinical, or related field
  • Analyst 2: 4-6 years
  • Analyst 3: 7-9 years

Education
  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Credentials
  • Epic certification is required. Candidates must hold at least one Epic certification at the time of hire. Additional module-specific Epic certifications may be required based on assigned responsibilities.
