Job description

Amazon Fire TV is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the long-term growth strategy for Fire TV globally. This role is outward and forward-facing - defining where the business should go, how to get there, and how to plan and resource for it. You'll own growth strategy as a primary outcome - identifying high-impact opportunities, building scalable planning mechanisms, and translating business ambiguity into clear, data-backed decisions.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead annual business planning - goal setting, investment prioritization, and long-range forecasting - in close partnership with Finance, Data Science, and senior leadership, driving scenario planning, rigor, and governance
- Define and execute growth opportunities for Fire TV features, working with Product on prioritization and Marketing on attach and engagement goals
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks, delivering clear written recommendations that drive investment and prioritization decisions
- Build and scale strategic planning methodologies (e.g., TAM analysis, conjoint, scenario modeling) across markets and segments
- Wear a general manager hat across Fire TV's largest growth bets - owning KPI tracking and accountability structures, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and equipping leadership with the narratives needed to stay aligned and act decisively
A day in the life
No two days look the same, but the work is always at the intersection of data, strategy, and decisions that matter

You dig into performance data, build a point of view, and bring it to a planning sync with Finance and senior leadership. Later, you're in a scenario planning session with Data Science - stress-testing the long-range forecast and pressure-checking assumptions that underpin the next annual plan. In the afternoon, a product strategy session: which features get prioritized next cycle, grounded in TAM estimates and attach rate models you built.

You close the day on a KPI dashboard for one of Fire TV's largest growth bets - flagging what's on track and where the business needs attention.
About the team
We are a small but high-impact team sitting at the center of Fire TV's growth agenda. We bring together product, finance, data science, and marketing to help Fire TV execute at its highest potential - pushing the business forward at the inflection points that matter. Our work spans strategy, planning, and cross-functional execution: understanding where the market is headed, running the cadence of business reviews, and connecting the operating lines across Fire TV's functions

We partner directly with senior leadership on the decisions that shape Fire TV's future, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to make sure great experiences reach millions of customers. If you thrive at the intersection of big-picture strategy and rigorous execution, you'll fit right in.
