This is a monumental and essential step toward rebuilding America's defense industrial base, strengthening America's warfighting capabilities, and enhancing deterrence amid rising international threats.
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
The future of defense is being built right now, and Anduril's Roadrunner product is at its leading edge. Roadrunner is a cutting-edge VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) counter-UAS interceptor, designed for autonomous air defense operations. It rapidly detects, tracks, and neutralizes hostile unmanned aircraft systems to protect critical assets and personnel.
Anduril is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Roadrunner Team in Columbus, Ohio. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and executing test procedures for systems and components, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and aerospace manufacturing processes.

- Design and develop test plans, procedures, and automated test systems for aircraft components and systems
- Validate and deploy test systems on the production line to ensure compliance with product specifications
- Conduct testing on aircraft systems and components, documenting results and ensuring compliance with quality standards

- Perform root cause analysis on any discrepancies or failures during testing
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and equipment

- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders and project teams

- 3+ years of experience in production test engineering or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industry

- An attitude of world-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication
- Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and dedication, being prepared to work extended hours and weekends when dictated by critical business priorities
- Regular travel between our various locations is an essential component of this role
