Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and drive sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys both developing big-picture initiatives and executing high-impact campaigns.

You'll work closely with firm leadership to elevate our reputation, generate qualified opportunities, strengthen referral relationships, and position Private Wealth Law Group as the premier private wealth advisory firm in the region.

This position is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys taking ownership, making data-driven decisions, and building marketing systems that create measurable business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth objectives.
  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable goals and key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's competitive position and market presence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business development to support strategic growth initiatives.
Brand Development
  • Strengthen and maintain the firm's brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
  • Ensure a consistent client experience across every marketing channel and touchpoint.
  • Translate complex legal and tax services into compelling, client-focused messaging.
  • Protect and elevate the firm's reputation through thoughtful communication and content.
Demand Generation
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Support referral partner development, networking initiatives, seminars, and client events.
  • Improve lead generation funnels and conversion rates through continuous optimization.
  • Track campaign performance and maximize return on marketing investment.
Digital Marketing
  • Oversee website strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and website performance.
  • Manage email marketing, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
Content & Thought Leadership
  • Develop compelling content including articles, newsletters, case studies, webinars, videos, and presentations.
  • Position attorneys and CPAs as recognized thought leaders within their areas of expertise.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content distribution across multiple platforms.
  • Support speaking engagements, educational events, and media opportunities.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead internal marketing initiatives and coordinate external marketing partners.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, attorneys, CPAs, and business development.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within professional services.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience using marketing analytics to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
