Job description

Company Description

Avidian Wealth Solutions is a team of independent fiduciaries dedicated to addressing the unique financial needs of each client. With expertise in financial planning, investment management, and insurance solutions, the company emphasizes managing risks and strategically planning for future growth. Guided by core values of trust, credibility, and transparency, Avidian Wealth Solutions strives to provide comprehensive and customized services. They are committed to building long-term client relationships based on consistency and integrity.

Role Description

We're growing and looking to add a Wealth Management Associate to our team at Avidian Wealth.

This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is looking to build a strong foundation in wealth management operations, financial planning support, and client service.

As a WMA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience across every interaction. This position is operational and client service focused in nature and is not designed as an advisor-track role or a pathway into financial advising.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Managing client service requests and operational workflows

• Supporting account setup, transfers, and ongoing maintenance

• Assisting with financial planning data and updates

• Preparing materials for client meetings and documenting follow-ups

• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and planning systems

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience working with custodians such as Charles Schwab or Fidelity Investments is required
  • Team member who is seeking a long-term operations/client service career path rather than a financial advisor track role
  • Familiarity with alternative investment platforms such as iCapital or CAIS is preferred
  • Strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Preferred experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients in a service or operational capacity

You'll work closely with advisors and internal teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the client lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing relationship management.

What success looks like:

• Timely, accurate completion of client requests

• Strong communication with clients and advisors

• Well-prepared meetings with complete and reliable data

• Continuous improvement in workflows and systems

If you're looking to grow your career in wealth management within a collaborative, high-performing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
