Description

The Wealth Sales & Service Development Senior Partner will help translate Wealth strategy into field-ready execution by activating partnership and lead generation initiatives that drive advisor productivity, client acquisition, deeper relationships, and new-to-Wealth growth. This role will partner across Wealth, Marketing, Product, and other line of business partners to operationalize growth priorities, launch and scale pilots, develop field-ready tools and messaging, and strengthen referral and lead conversion effectiveness across the business. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Partnership & Growth Activation:

  • Translate Wealth segment priorities into field-ready initiatives, tools, messaging, and playbooks that support advisor execution. 
  • Drive cross-LOB partnership initiatives and pilots across Wealth, business lines, and enterprise partners. 
  • Support partnership planning and governance routines, including prioritization, performance tracking, and follow-up on key actions.

Marketing & Lead Generation Activation:

  • Partner with Marketing to support integrated campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and field enablement materials. 
  • Support strategy, reporting, and process improvement for Wealth lead sources and platforms, including Smart Leads, LUCY, Find an Advisor, and other prospecting channels.
  • Manage rollout, adoption, and advisor enablement for marketing and sales tools such as Sprinklr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seismic. 
  • Translate campaign and lead generation priorities into advisor-ready guidance that improves adoption, follow-up quality, and conversion. 

Program Execution & Performance Management:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of strategic growth, partnership, and marketing activation initiatives from planning through rollout. 
  • Define success metrics, track adoption and business impact, and prepare reporting for leadership updates. 
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful pilots and improve consistency across Wealth. 
  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, Asset Management, or related financial services

  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, advisor practices, client needs, and field execution

  • Experience supporting strategic business initiatives, sales enablement, advisor adoption, or lead generation programs

  • Proven ability to partner across multiple functions to drive business outcomes

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing executive presentations, field communications, playbooks, and business performance reporting

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience leveraging data and field feedback to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, evolving environment

  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated past job stability

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home

    Pay Transparency

  • The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $135,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
