Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Wealth Management applications.
  • Perform technical and functional analysis to support business initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and intelligent agents to analyze code, automate tasks, and improve productivity.
  • Support Agentic AI initiatives, including intelligent task execution and document processing.
  • Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support enhancements and integrations across enterprise platforms, including CRM, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience within Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Wealth Management business processes and financial services operations.
  • Experience performing business, technical, and functional analysis.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools or intelligent agents for code analysis, documentation, or productivity improvements.
  • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
  • Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agentic AI or AI-assisted workflow automation.
