Wealth Advisor Job Profile
The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for the overall management of the client relationship. The role focuses on managing and enhancing complex client relationships by ensuring exceptional service delivery, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues. In this position, Wealth Advisors partner with internal teams to support prospective client onboarding and drive firm growth through client referrals and strategic outreach.
Core Responsibilities
Leading client relationships with the goal of ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Collaborate internally with specialist teams to ensure effective delivery of services to clients
  • Manage and lead the firm's most complex client relationships, ensuring superior client experience
  • Ensure written and verbal client communications are polished and tailored to client preferences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected client issues in a timely manner

Partnering with prospect liaisons to deliver a great prospective/new client experience
  • Work closely with prospect liaisons to develop and onboard prospective clients

Fostering prospective client introductions from highly satisfied clients
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through day-to-day and out-of-office activities via firm events, travel, etc.
  • Share expertise by contributing to the development of client and public-facing content
  • Increase awareness of the firm via community and social media opportunities

Requirements
  • Strong academic track record, including the achievement of a bachelor's or advanced degree.
  • Industry designation required: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in the financial services industry.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Passion for delivering fiduciary guidance and financial education.
  • A positive, client-centric mindset with the initiative and drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage internal processes, with a high attention to detail.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of working on a computer and occasional periods sitting.
• May have to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Minimal travel required. Frequent attendance at internal meetings required.
• Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners.
• Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development.
