Position Overview

As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will be entrusted with managing a prestigious book of VIP clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all employee benefits matters. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on service delivery, requiring both technical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and exceptional client satisfaction.
