Project
We are looking for an Executive Search Coordinator to join our team. This person will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle executive search process as well as with Executive Search Operations to assist in critical operations projects and larger HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
• Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Executive Search team. This will include working with recruiters, candidates, and EAs to schedule interviews over zoom and in person.
• Assist Operations/Analytics in data harmonization projects and administrative support on data entry and validation. This will include monitoring and transferring data entries from a CRM to an ATS system.
• Assist Operations in process harmonization processes and ensuring operational excellence across the Global Executive Search team.
• Assist in processing employee personnel actions such as internal applicants, hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc. across multiple HRIS systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting partners.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruiting or related field
2) Strong comfort in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook expert)
3) Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion and tact.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Monday.com and Workday knowledge a plus
