Join our AI platform as an early Sales Development Representative (SDR) in North America and play a fundamental role in our international expansion. About This Role
As our first SDR in North America, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with key prospects, and setting the foundation for our regional sales success. You will work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to localize outreach and drive pipeline from the ground up.
Key Challenges You'll Solve
  • Pipeline Generation: Develop and execute strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in the NA market
  • Market Penetration: Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Outbound Experimentation: Test and optimize outbound campaigns for the best response rates
  • Regional Insights: Surface actionable feedback and local market intelligence to improve our go-to-market

Outcomes Expected
  • Annual Target: $1.2M in qualified opportunities
    Ramp Expectations:
    • Q1: ~$150K in qualified pipeline + 8 to 12 qualified meetings
    • Q2: ~$300K pipeline
    • Q3: ~$350K pipeline
    • Q4: ~$400K pipeline and repeatable outbound process

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Execute outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage enterprise/mid-market targets
  • Research, identify, and qualify decision-makers within target accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls and initial qualification to uncover needs and pain points
  • Set high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Work with AE to ensure smooth handoff and excellent prospect experience

Market & Process Development
  • Collaborate to iterate on ideal customer profiles and tailored messaging
  • Report on outreach effectiveness and market reaction; document learnings and playbooks
  • Work with marketing to execute and localize demand generation campaigns

Tools & Operations
  • Manage CRM data, maintain accurate prospecting records, and follow up with all leads
  • Utilize sales engagement and research tools for efficient outreach

Requirements
Professional Experience
  • 1+ year of outbound B2B sales development, preferably in AI/SaaS/technology
  • Experience with enterprise/mid-market prospecting and qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to generate qualified meetings and exceed targets
