Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Supervisor, WCD Programs to oversee case management teams that support participants on their path to employment. This role ensures program excellence, compliance, and participant success through strong leadership and collaboration.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise and develop Specialists, Coaches, and Assistants in delivering workforce services.
  • Monitor participant progress, data accuracy, and documentation quality.
  • Manage program budgets, supportive service requests, and file reviews.
  • Build relationships with training providers, funders, and community partners.
  • Provide direct case management support when needed to balance caseloads.

What You Bring:
  • Associate degree or higher preferred; 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in workforce development or social services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; nonprofit experience a plus.
