Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools, and familiarity with building codes and accessibility guidelines is vital. Effective wayfinding requires ongoing evaluation and updates as spaces evolve, making adaptability and strong communication skills essential in this role.

What is wayfinding signage?

Wayfinding signage refers to a system of visual cues such as signs, maps, symbols, and other graphic elements designed to help people navigate and orient themselves within a physical environment. Effective wayfinding signage improves accessibility, reduces confusion, and enhances the overall user experience by providing clear and consistent information throughout a space.
