Role Summary:
As a Capacity Planner, you will play a crucial role in utilizing our warehouse management software as well as various other software's that govern the on-site inventory to optimize order processing, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in building order templates, managing on-hand backorders, and processing emergent orders efficiently to meet customer demand.
Principal Responsibilities:

  • Wave Planning: Develop and maintain order templates for warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Backorders: Manage on-hand backorders by prioritizing fulfillment and coordinating with the outbound team for processing.
  • Emergent Orders: Process emergent orders promptly, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to the Safety Policy and Guidelines to ensure a safe warehouse working environment.
  • Process Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of the outbound processes and inventory management, as well as the software's that govern both areas in order to support warehouse functions.
  • Customer Communication: Provide communication with the customer regarding status on orders, and delivery inquiries.
  • Pickups: Communicate transportation callouts and pickups effectively with the internal transportation team.
  • Warehouse Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments within the warehouse to expedite processes and resolve customer issues effectively.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $22.33 - $22.33 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
