Your Role as a Production Worker
You'll play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our meat products. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will directly contribute to our reputation for outstanding products. Shift times (1st shift 6am-3:30pm, 2nd shift 3:30pm- End of Production) Mon-Fri (OT and Sat as needed)
  • Maintain consistent flow of meat products through processing machinery
  • Perform visual inspections of products and packaging for quality control
  • Address quality issues promptly to maintain product standards
  • Facilitate material movement through lifting, pushing, and pulling products
  • Hand-stuff, formulate, and link products using traditional processes
  • Package finished products into pre-formed boxes for distribution
  • Monitor product temperatures to ensure packaging requirements are met
  • Adapt to changing production needs and priorities as required

Minimum Requirements
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, typically 8-12 hours per shift.
  • Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, bending, twisting, grasping, and lifting, throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace in a high-volume production environment.
  • Must be able to work near, around, or in conjunction with heavy machinery and conveyor systems.
  • Must be able to safely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms as required.
  • Must be able to frequently reach above shoulder level and below waist level.
  • Must be able to maintain manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination when handling products and equipment.
  • Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including noise, temperature changes, and industrial settings.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection, as needed.
  • Must be able to visually inspect products and equipment to support quality and safety standards.
  • Must be able to respond quickly to machinery alerts or production issues in a safety-sensitive environment.
  • Frequent exposure to raw beef and pork meat products
  • Due to constant spillage and sanitation, floors are slippery when wet.

Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must know basic mathematic skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for purposes of a proper count of product in a variety of boxes and packaging sizes.
  • Military experience welcome
