We have been a leader in senior housing for over 30 years, but we are not content to rest on our reputation. As a Watermark associate, you will have the opportunity to deploy your talents to their fullest as we drive the next 30 years of innovation in the senior housing industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work overnight shift (8pm-8am) 3 nights a week.
  • ability to walk each floor & perimeter of building paying special attention to potential fire risks and hazards
  • conduct regular security rounds throughout the building and surrounding property (monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and common spaces)
  • respond appropriately to emergencies, disturbances, or safety concerns...contacting 911 when necessary
  • observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues
  • take out garbage and assist with maintaining cleanliness of exterior areas
  • test and monitor indoor pool and report any issues
  • ensure doors and security systems are functioning properly
  • provide courteous assistance to residents and guests
  • required to keep documentation and turning in the required records at the end of each shift
  • able to work weekends and holidays
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent work ethic
  • excellent communication skills
  • highly organized
  • interested in learning and growing your skill set
