Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Waterjet Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating OMAX waterjet cutting systems, including set-up and programming. This position plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet our clients' exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain OMAX waterjet cutting machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Set up and program waterjet cutting machines for various cutting operations, including complex geometries and multi-layer materials
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine cutting requirements and machine settings
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on waterjet cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring instruments

  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
