  • Primary responsibilities of this position are to break downย molds,ย prepare for repair.ย ย ย 

  • Conduct the necessary repair and rebuild molds.ย ย ย 

  • Once molds are placed back together, administer necessary tests toย assureย they are production ready.ย 

  • Qualifications and Experienceย 

  • Ensure safety and housekeeping standards areย maintained.ย 

  • Experienceย with mold maintenanceย and machine shop equipmentย a plusย 

  • Knowledge of Husky manifold systems a plusย 

  • Familiarity with stack molds a plusย 

  • The ability to multitask and prioritizeย with limited supervision.ย 

  • Troubleshoot issues and repair, in and out ofย press.ย 

  • Knowledgeย and understanding of mold and die components and their respective characteristics.ย 

  • Must be able to disassemble and reassemble tools and dies.ย 

  • Repair/rebuild mold components like hydraulic cylinders and airย cylinders.ย 

  • Conduct air testing and water testing onย tools.ย
