Bum Rogers is seeking a Fine Dining General Manager to oversee one of our three unique restaurant locations in Seaside Park, NJ. As a staple in the community for over five decades, Bum Rogers offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that caters to both locals and visitors alike. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Monitor and control labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Oversee front of house staff and ensure exceptional guest relations
  • Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitability

Required Skills:

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and execute banquet and catering operations
