Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI is seeking a TEAM LEAD- FOOD SERVICE to join our FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICES team!
The Team Lead of Food Service assists the Supervisor of Food Service in the overall direction and supervision of personnel as assigned.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Day/Evening hours, every other weekend/holiday
Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of dietary and food services standards and procedures normally acquired through one to two years institutional food service experience in a supervisory role beneficial.
  • Certification from an approved food handler training course such as Serve Safe or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Possesses interpersonal customer service skills to communicate effectively with patients, customers, and staff including critical thinking skills, the ability to delegate the activities of others, and ability to respond promptly and appropriately.
