'Water in the NFL' typically refers to the role of water attendants or hydration specialists who ensure that NFL players stay properly hydrated during games and practices. These individuals are responsible for preparing, distributing, and monitoring water and other fluids for athletes on the sidelines. Maintaining hydration is critical for player performance and safety, especially during intense physical activity. While not an official NFL job title, these roles are essential support positions within every team’s staff. They work closely with athletic trainers and medical teams to prevent dehydration and related health issues.

What are the main responsibilities of a water attendant on an NFL team during practices and games?

Water attendants, often called hydration specialists or hydration assistants, play a crucial support role on NFL teams.
