Voda Cleaning and Restoration of Brookfield Waukesha

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Brookfield Waukesha is hiring a part-time Customer Service & Scheduling Assistant to help answer phones, book appointments, and support our growing cleaning and restoration business. This part-time position has the opportunity to turn into a full-time position as we grow!

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them schedule services such as carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, fire cleanup, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries
  • Confirm appointments with customers
  • Enter job information into our scheduling system
  • Provide administrative support
Qualifications
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
  • Reliable and professional

Customer service or office experience preferred but not required.

Schedule
  • Part-time
  • 15–25 hours per week
