This opportunity awaits you in our Prior Lake location and covers the Mpls/St. Paul South Metro area.
What You'll Do
As a Water Treatment Salesperson, you'll be the face of Tri County Water Conditioning, interacting directly with potential customers to understand their water quality concerns and offer tailored solutions.
• Conducting Consultations: Engage with customers to assess their water quality issues and educate them about the benefits of our water treatment products.
• Solution Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend the most suitable products and systems based on customer needs, ensuring a personalized and effective solution.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Sales and Outreach: Proactively reach out to leads in your network, follow up on sales presentations, and convert potential customers into satisfied clients through effective communication.
• Staying Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive edge.
Who You Are
• Sales Experience: This is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and build rapport with customers.
• Results Driven: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Availability: Open to working evenings and some weekends based on availability of our customers and scheduled Home Shows.
