Job description

Now Hiring: Chemist II (Contract) – Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Chemist II for a long-term contract opportunity based in Atlanta, GA. This is a 100% onsite role (5 days/week) with an immediate start.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Chemist II

  • Location: Atlanta, GA

  • Employment Type: Contract

  • Pay Rate: $23/hour on W2

  • Duration: Through December 2027

  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and water samples.

  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

  • Develop and validate laboratory test methods and procedures.

  • Conduct data audits and ensure the accuracy of analytical results.

  • Follow laboratory quality standards and safety procedures.

  • Support laboratory inspections and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field (required).

  • Instrumentation experience is preferred.
