Job description

Jeweler/Watch Technician must have excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a positive attitude, be reliable, trustworthy, and Experience is required. Flexible to cover Mall Hours, Work Weekends.

Job Details:

  • Greeting customers when they walk through the door
  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
  • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
  • Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in jewelry and/or watch retail sales required.
  • Willingness to learn basic sales and processing of orders (training will be provided)
  • Focus on greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Organized and strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, and weekends required.
