Job description

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fire Watch Personnel to support apartment communities throughout the area. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, professional, and able to consistently follow established procedures and reporting requirements.

Our team members play an important role in helping properties remain compliant, organized, and well-monitored during active fire watch assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine patrols throughout apartment communities
  • Follow established fire watch procedures and site-specific instructions
  • Monitor property conditions and document observations accurately
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with fire watch manager and property staff at all times
  • Respond appropriately and professionally during emergency situations
  • Complete required reports and logs in a timely manner
  • Extensive walking throughout large apartment communities may be required during shifts
Qualifications
  • Prior fire watch, security, maintenance, military, or related experience preferred
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Clear and consistent communication skills are required
  • Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced situations
  • Ability to perform extended walking and remain active throughout scheduled shifts
