Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate is open to working the second or third shift.
  • The ideal candidate has a Level A or Masters wastewater license.
  • The ideal candidate has at least two years of being a direct responsible charge.
  • The ideal candidate has at least four years of operating experience in a wastewater facility of Class II or higher.

A Wastewater Level A Operator understands most of the overall operations; should be able to rebuild all pumps/equipment. Will have a Level III WW License and have at least two years acting in a position of Direct Responsible Charge.
Duties/Activities Required by Job
  • Assist in the control of the overall environmental compliance program for water treatment system. This includes oversight of all required monitoring and reporting sample results required by federal, state and local regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions. Lock out Tag out procedures and Process Safety Management related matters
  • Operation of the Water Treatment system, able to maintain maintenance schedule and respond to repairs.
  • Compliance Recordkeeping
  • Perform Process Control lab work

Educations/Experience Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Science/Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent credit hours in any other curriculum board approved.
  • 4 years of acceptable Operating Experience in Wastewater Facilities of Class II or higher; two years in a position of Direct Responsible Charge.
  • Level III Wastewater license.
