H2O is currently seeking a Wastewater Operator (Class IV) to join our team in Laurel, Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and operate wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Monitor plant operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Analyze lab and operational data to maintain treatment performance
  • Troubleshoot process, mechanical, and equipment issues
  • Coordinate and support maintenance of plant equipment
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Lead and support lower-level operators
  • Respond to alarms, upsets, and emergency situations
