Hanover County Public Schools (HCPS) is an award-winning school division that serves approximately 17,000 students in grades Pre-K - 12 across 24 schools. HCPS is widely regarded for its commitment to educational excellence and fostering a strong sense of community. Known for its dedicated educators and robust academic programs, the district consistently emphasizes student achievement and personal growth.

Candidates must have or be immediately eligible for a Virginia DOE 8VAC20 Division Superintendent License. A multi-year contract will be offered with a salary in the range of $250,000 per annum subject to actual qualifications, experience, and negotiation.
