Duties/Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, quality control, and shipping of rubber products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement efficient replenishment and restocking processes to optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates in full compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and addressing any potential safety hazards.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to safeguard the condition and quality of rubber products during storage and distribution.
  • Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff, ensuring a productive and motivated team, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, layout optimization, and automation to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping, making certain that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse-related expenses, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and inventory holding costs.
