Warehouse Associate

Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Warehouse Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting daily shipping and packaging operations, ensuring products are safely prepared for delivery, and maintaining efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
  • Pick and package orders for shipment, including preparing boxes, taping, and labeling.
  • Carefully wrap products using bubble wrap and other protective materials to ensure safe shipping.
  • Assemble and prepare boxes for outgoing orders.
  • Use carts and ladders/stairs to retrieve products from shelving as order volume increases.
  • Accurately pick items according to order requirements and shipping instructions.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts after completing initial training and gaining experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must wear steel-toed boots
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders with loads
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Pay for Warehouse Associate: Starting at $17/hour.
