Capstone Logistics is looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join our team in Hickory, NC. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout their shift, and being part of a team that helps keep products moving through the supply chain.
No warehouse experience? That's okay. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and build a career.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Unloader, you will help unload and move freight safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Unloading products from trailers and containers
  • Sorting and organizing freight
  • Palletizing products for storage and shipment
  • Repacking and preparing freight as needed
  • Auditing and verifying product counts
  • Assisting with freight handling and movement throughout the warehouse
  • General warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
  • Supporting additional warehouse duties as assigned
