Shipping & Receiving Associate - Medical Parts Distribution Warehouse

Location: Roseville, MN
PAY: $22/hour
Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (overtime may be required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations within a medical parts distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are accurately received, stored, and organized within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Label and meter packages using various freight and shipping systems.
  • Process transactions and orders within the company ERP system.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation practices.
  • Assist with daily preparation activities for upcoming shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support warehouse quality initiatives and comply with all Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to accurately follow processes and work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and experience entering data into business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, medical device, or distribution environment.
  • Forklift and/or pallet jack experience.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and meet productivity expectations.
Dress Code Requirements
  • Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
  • Long pants are required; shorts are not permitted.
  • Pants must be worn appropriately with undergarments not visible.
  • Hats are not permitted.
  • Hooded sweatshirts are allowed; hoods must remain down while working.
  • Tank tops and cutoff shirts are not permitted.
  • Clothing containing offensive images, slogans, or language is prohibited.
  • Sunglasses may not be worn on the warehouse floor.
