This position will work out of our Marshall Minnesota Facility.
What You'll Do
As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will play a mission-critical role in the daily operations of our business! You will be responsible for warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and warehouse organization as needed. You'll work collaboratively with all departments and external shipping vendors to ensure deadlines are met and the highest quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, verify, and record all inbound shipments
  • Pack, address, and document all outbound shipments
  • Assist customers by loading and unloading equipment needing to be serviced
  • Coordinate all shipments with appropriate shipping vendors
  • Maintain relationships with shipping vendors and drivers
  • Inventory cycle counting
  • Inventory organization and shelving labeling
  • Inventory stocking
  • Assists in general labor to maintain the organization and efficiency of the warehouse
  • Continuous improvement of delivery, quality, efficiency, and safety of the team

Skills & Qualifications
Required:
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Organized with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse coordination
  • Solid basic computer knowledge
  • Quick learner when facing new problems: a relentless desire to learn, open to change, strives for continuous improvement of self and processes
  • Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas
  • Responds with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
