At Auto Value / APH, our Warehouse Returns Specialists play a critical role in ensuring returned products are processed accurately and efficiently while helping maintain the smooth flow of inventory throughout our distribution network.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Returns Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse and inventory-related tasks, including:

Returns Processing
  • Scan and verify incoming returned products from stores and vendors
  • Review and organize return paperwork for warranty processing
  • Re-box products as needed and document re-boxing activities
  • Prepare and organize cores and warranty items for shipment and pick-up
  • Ensure returned merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently
Material Handling
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Stock and organize inventory
  • Move merchandise throughout the warehouse safely
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control
  • Prepare totes and products for outbound shipments
Team Support
  • Assist team members throughout the warehouse as needed
  • Straighten shelves and maintain organized work areas
  • Help with tote placement, re-boxing projects, and warehouse upkeep
  • Support daily warehouse operations and special projects assigned by leadership
Safety & Professionalism
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security standards
  • Follow company procedures and operational guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
