Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant I supports all franchise and corporate warehouse order fulfillment needs. This position receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Will be trained to work efficiently in all departments within the warehouse to be able to meet the daily requirement of all orders printed or requested within required timeline are completed and shipped same-day.

You will

  • Fulfill all franchise and in-house parcel and freigfht orders accurately and timely (pick, pack, wrap, label, load, and ship).
  • Perform daily cycle counts as well as restock, rotate, and safeguard inventory items.
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the franchise/customer experience.
  • Perform daily housekeeping to ensure warehouse is maintained for a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide divisional support outside of stated role as needed. Work with department managers to ensure shared resources are available to meet divisional and corporate goals
  • Deploy as needed in support of mobile general store or annual convention activities.
  • Assists warehouse management in support of achieving daily duties.
  • Supports a continuous improvement attitude and environment.

You have

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit. Ability to lift, push, or move up to 75 lbs. individually.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED with one year work related experience in a warehouse environment.
