Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately picking products, preparing customer orders, and packing items for shipment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
  • Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
  • Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
  • Available Positions: 10 openings on 1st Shift and 10 openings on 3rd Shift
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders, pick lists, or system instructions.
  • Pack products securely and prepare completed orders for shipment.
  • Verify product quantities, labels, and order accuracy.
  • Scan products and orders using warehouse scanners or other equipment as required.
  • Sort, organize, and stage products and completed orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Communicate any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely handle packages and products as required.

  • Ability to work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
