Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Order Picker / Packer)
Pay & Benefits: Starting pay: $18.25/hr Company offers a strong package that includes 90/10 health coverage with a lower deductible, 401(k) + pension, paid holidays and vacation, and Christmas bonuses. Bus-line accessible and a smoke-free facility.
Hours & Location: 8a-5p Monday through Friday Middleburg Heights, OH. Breaks include a 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks. Casual warehouse dress code: jeans/shorts, t-shirt, closed-toe shoes.
Job Responsibilities:
Pick product in numbered aisles using an RF scanner
Palletize picked items and move loads using a pallet jack (no forklift required)
Pack and label boxes for shipment
Pull fabric rolls and cut to required lengths as needed
Follow detailed safety procedures (day one includes a thorough safety review)
Required Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs at times and be on your feet for the shift
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Able to speak, read, and write English
Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse conditions
Reliable attendance (cell phone use only during breaks/lunch)
