Warehouse Representative

Part time hours - NO WEEKENDS!!! Pay Weekly!!!!

Crystal Clean (CC) is one of the nation's leading privately held companies in the environmental waste services industry. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our rapidly growing company. Purpose

The Branch Warehouse Representative will be responsible for maintaining the branch warehouse in addition to being responsible for supporting the Company's used oil program by performing used oil filter collection services at CC customer facilities.

Daily work responsibilities will include the off-loading and loading of trailers and Commercial Motor Vehicles, handling waste containers of varying weights and sizes using CC-approved material handling equipment and maintaining the branch warehouse in a clean and organized condition. Service responsibilities will include collecting used oil filter containers of varying weights and sizes from CC customer facilities using CC-approved material handling equipment and transporting the used oil filter containers using a Commercial Motor Vehicle.

This role may be required to use forklifts, powered pallet jack, hand jacks and dollies.

Specific Duties:
  • Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all CC safety guidelines.
  • Load and unload box trucks.
  • Organize, clean and maintain warehouse and office.
  • Moving trucks on company property
  • Tracking Inventory.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
  • Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all CC safety guidelines.
  • Responsible for customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company.
  • Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time.
  • Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
  • Service and maintain all existing and new Oil Filter customers.
  • Pursues additional services with existing accounts.
  • Assesses potential customer needs, presents CC products and services to customers, and develops new customers.
  • Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Forklift certificate preferred.
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT, Tanker endorsement preferred.
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC's published standards including, but not limited to the following;
    • Seat belt and cell phone violations
    • Excessive speeding
    • DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions
Core Competencies and Specific Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, attention to details, and ability to sell and upsell products.
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, all truck equipment, etc.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting of materials that typically weigh 54-80lbs.
  • Frequent pushing/pulling of 16–55-gallon drums of waste/product using HCC-approved equipment for safe material handling. Drum weight varies based on material type and size, weight may exceed 400lbs.
  • All applicants must pass the following pre-employment requirements:
    • physical including drug & alcohol screening.
    • Background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

Part time hours will reevaluate after 30 days possible Full-time hours. $20 -22 per hour
