POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Warehouse Associate at Essential Oxygen plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse in Fairfield, CA. This hands-on position involves picking, packing, loading, and organizing shipments, as well as contributing to inventory accuracy and special projects. The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for all sales channels, including:
  • Distributor and wholesale pallet orders
  • Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace shipments
  • Direct-to-consumer Shopify orders
• Perform physical warehouse tasks including picking, packing, palletizing, loading, unloading, and staging shipments.
• Verify order accuracy, product quantities, lot codes, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.
• Receive incoming inventory and assist with product put-away and stock organization.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and accuracy initiatives.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Assist with inventory management activities and ensure accurate inventory transactions within company systems.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to Essential Oxygen's sustainability and environmental initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience picking and packing both palletized wholesale orders and direct-to-consumer e-commerce orders is highly desirable.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management, shipping, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus (if applicable).

• Use software to log inventory and track shipments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Proven ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 pounds)
