Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM


About the Position

We are an established material handling equipment company looking for a reliable Warehouse Operations Associate for our Ontario warehouse.

This is a hands-on position involving receiving, shipping, forklift operation, warehouse organization, and basic product preparation. The workload is generally steady and the position requires someone who is comfortable working independently and managing daily warehouse tasks with minimal supervision. Daily priorities will be provided by the Operations Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Receive shipments and unload trucks or containers using a forklift.
  • Organize inventory, pallets, skids, and warehouse space.
  • Prepare parcel and LTL shipments, including packing, palletizing, strapping, and wrapping.
  • Assist carriers with pickups and occasionally drop off packages at nearby FedEx, UPS, or USPS locations.
  • Perform basic product assembly, testing, and preparation before shipment.
  • Maintain charging schedules for powered equipment.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Monitor packing and warehouse supplies.
  • Learn basic product operation and maintenance as experience develops.


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Able to safely lift, move, push, or pull items up to 100 lbs when needed, using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, or other equipment when appropriate.
  • Basic English communication, computer, email, and smartphone skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently and completing daily tasks without constant supervision.
