Packaging Associate (Mid Shift): Cannon Falls, Minnesota
Our customer in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Packaging Associates to work full-time on Mid shift. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, inspecting finished products, and supporting daily production goals in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:
  • Operate bagging, sealing, and labeling equipment to package natural fertilizer products accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect packaging for quality and verify product weights.
  • Palletize finished goods and prepare products for shipment.
  • Record production data accurately.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with environmental standards.
Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift.
  • Must wear closed-toed shoes.
  • Must arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • PPE will be provided and must be used as required.
Pay for Packaging Associate: $20.00/hour.
